Pier39.ai Referral Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions, along with the details outlined on our Referral Program page, govern your participation in the Pier39.ai Referral Program ("Program"). By participating, you agree to abide by these terms. Pier39.ai reserves the right to modify these terms or suspend the Program at any time.

1. Referral Fees & Payouts

• Approved referrals will earn a $500 commission, paid via Visa Gift Card within 45 days of going live.
• You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes related to your referral earnings.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for payment:

• You must introduce an Approved Lead at a Founder, CEO, VP+ level, or a decision-maker in eCommerce, Growth, or Retention.
• The Approved Lead must complete a live demo with our team (no-shows do not qualify).
• You must be the first person to introduce the Approved Lead. If multiple people submit the same lead, Pier39.ai reserves the right to determine payout eligibility.
• The demo must be booked using the unique tracking link associated with your referral.

3. Payment Terms

• Referral commissions will be paid out within 45 days of a completed demo.
• Payments are processed in USD via Visa Gift Card (Pier39.ai may change the payment method at its discretion).
• The maximum referral commission per individual is $20,000 USD unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Program Restrictions

Participants in the program may not:

• Sell, resell, or license Pier39.ai's services.
• Make false or misleading statements about our platform.
• Engage in spam or unsolicited bulk email marketing.
• Claim to represent Pier39.ai or negotiate contracts on our behalf.

Additionally:

• Current Pier39.ai employees and their immediate family members are ineligible.
• If you are an employee of another company, ensure participation does not conflict with your employer's policies.

5. Indemnification & Liability

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pier39.ai and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from a violation of these Terms.
• Pier39.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability in connection with this Program shall not exceed $100.

6. Governing Law & Arbitration

• This Program is governed by the laws of California, USA.
• Any disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in San Francisco, CA under the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA).
• No class action claims are permitted—only individual disputes will be heard.

7. Relationship of Parties

• Participation in the Program does not create an employment, joint venture, or agency relationship with Pier39.ai.
• You are acting as an independent referrer and not as an official representative of Pier39.ai.
